Program Description
By opting in to Solutions9 Leads, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from us. Messages may include account notifications, customer support responses, service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional or marketing messages (where separately consented).
Opt-In / Consent
You may opt in by any of the following methods:
- Submitting your phone number on our website form and checking an unchecked consent checkbox.
- Requesting information or services and providing your number with an SMS consent disclosure.
- Texting a keyword to our designated number, if keyword opt-in is offered.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Typically, you will receive no more than 5 messages per week.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Solutions9 Leads is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is available on most major US wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
